Photography Services

Payment - In advance unless otherwise agreed. Transfer of goods will not be made until payment is received in full.

Prices - All services and/or goods are supplied at the current prices ruling at time of supply and are subject to change without prior notice.

Eleanor Byrne Photographer reserves the right to use any photos taken in my personal advertising material (printed or otherwise), online, in emails and on any other media with no charge or royalties payable to any person or entity.

Usage - Copyright of all images/photographs is transferred to and owned by the photographer unless otherwise arranged and paid for.

Refunds

Eleanor Byrne Photographer will not refund, not accept the return of/ refusal to pay charges for, any technically acceptable photograph supplied either in print or in electronic format. No exception will be made as the photographer cannot be held responsible for individual tastes or exceptions.

A reshoot can be arranged at my discretion if both parties agree.
